  • 100% Waterproof Protection: Designed with leak proof backing and edges, the reusable bed pads are waterproof, which protect bedding and sheets from accidents, urinary problems or moisture.
  • Tuckable Wings: With both side 18" tuck in flaps that keep the bed pad in place. No matter how you turn or toss during sleep, the reusable bed pads will not slide around or make disturbing noises.
  • No Irritation: Made of soft and smooth fabric, the reusable bed pads are safe and comfortable. It will not cause skin irritation and uncomfortable sensation during nighttime.
  • Machine Washable: The reusable bed pads are made to last up to 350 washes. Their laundry-friendly and hypoallergenic material does not require any special detergents. Dry at low temperature and do not apply chlorine bleach.

2. Choose Absorbency

Absorbency from 500ml to 2000ml. It depends on the SAP weight or product weight.

 

3. Choose Pattern

We have different patterns, such as plain, twill, satin and sateen, jacquard knitted and more customized patterns.

 

4. Confirm Color

Any color with pantone no. is ok for us.

 

5. Provide Logo

Silkscreen printing, hot stamping and Laser engraving

 

6. Confirm Packaging

According to customer's requirement of transportation, we provide below packing methods for option.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Some of reusable bed pads have stocks, no MOQ limited. The MOQ for other customized pads depends on the requirements, varies from 200-500pcs.

Q: Can I print my logo on the products?

A: Yes, sure. OEM and ODM services are available. Customized logos, packages, fabrics, and colors are acceptable; simply provide order information to our salesperson.

Q: Can the bed pad for patients meet the OEKO-TEX standards?

A: A: Yes, we can give you the OEKO-TEX certification and related test report.

Q: Do you offer samples?

A: A: Yes, samples can be provided. But for the customized samples, there will be samples fee.

Q: Which is better between bed pad for patients or disposable underpads?

A: A reusable bed pad is made with polyester that can be machine washable for more than 350+ times. It can be used repeatedly. It's a more economical way than disposable pads. While disposable bed pad is throw-away use, it's good for caregiver use.
