In 2009, a survey was conducted, selecting 59 healthy individuals who were asked to sleep continuously on their own mattresses for 28 nights, and another 28 nights on new, medium hardness mattresses. Finally, the stress levels of these 59 respondents were evaluated, including concerns, sadness, nervousness, headaches, etc. A survey found that the new bed significantly reduces a person's sense of stress and reduces physical discomfort.
